A trail network connects the various points of the 90 acre Reserve and enables access to two secluded beaches, the largest of the two 400 yards long, isolated by cliffs on either side and reached via a steep trail.st of the two isolated by cliffs on either side and reached via a steep trail.

    • The Community House is Yiimtii’s heart, where meals are served and yoga, meditation, group therapy and healing sessions take place.

It is situated 330 feet above sea level on a cliff overlooking the magnificent view that Yiimtii is blessed with.

As you practice yoga, heal or relax you will be constantly caressed by a soothing sea breeze soared up in spiral by the ospreys, hawks, frigates and pelicans.

    • Camping facilities are set 300ft above the ocean on a breezy cliffside overlooking the horizon and have access to nice rustic showers and latrines set amongst the trees. We are in the process of building some sustainable bamboo bungalows as an addition to our camping facilities

    • The gardens, orchards, and well are nestled on a dry creek bed with a lush microclimate of its own. The inhabitant trees include oranges, limes, lemons, mandarins, grapefruit, chicozapote, zapote negro, mango, papaya, coconut, guanabana, mamey, cacao, avocado, jackfruit, longan, lychees, macadamia, date, fig and passion fruit.

    • The Sweat lodge or Temascalli is one of our most important sites of ceremony. We humbly follow this ancestral tradition for keeping our spirits impeccable enough to honor the Spirit of the place. Incense, herbs and steam produced by water sprinkled over red hot rocks are used to complete a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual cleansing. Songs and prayers are intoned as four doors are endured honoring the directions and primary elements of the Universe inside this half dome that simulates the belly or womb of Mother Earth.

    • The Vision Quest Sites are private isolated spots set amidst the wild natural areas of the reserve where the seekers retire for a time of solitude, meditation and prayer. This kind of confinement to one sacred personal circle is a powerful way to recognize oneself as part of All.
